David Stemm
President & Chief Executive Officer
David entered the staffing industry by accident in 1996 when he was hired by a small, regional staffing firm to develop and manage their Risk Management department. Within months David was promoted to a role of Operations Management where he continued to lead the company’s expansion efforts into new markets while managing all locations and onsite parntnerships. During his tenure the company grew from four locations to 60+ locations and onsite partnerships across the Midwestern and NorthEast United States.
In 2016, after relocating to Stuart, Florida and with the encouragement of his wife Hiba, David started Principle Personnel Group focusing primarily on Allied Medical, Allied Dental and Administrative staffing.
In 2019, an opportunity to help an industry friend and colleague start her own staffing business presented itself and Principle Personnel Group hasn’t looked back since! David’s passion is giving fellow entrepreneurs the opportunity to own their own staffing company and continually mentoring them by creating a collaborative environment to foster individual as well as overall company success.
If not in the office, David can most likely be found spending time with family, fishing or on the golf course!
Gina Gonzalez
Owner, NE San Antonio
A 20+ year veteran of the temporary staffing industry in the San Antonio area, Gina owns and operates the NE San Antonio location as well as holding corporate Operational duties for PPG.
Gina oversees Principle Personnel Group’s national accounts. Gina specializes in temporary and temp-to-hire light industrial staffing. In addition to staffing for warehouses, distribution centers and millwork facilities locally, Gina also staffs skilled welders and general laborers for rail yards and railway facilities as well as Distribution Warehouses nationwide.
Gina’s passion is taking care of her clients, ensuring that they have the staff they need to maintain production and service no matter how their business fluctuates. The fact that many of her clients have relied on her for over 15+ years is a testament to her level of dedication to her clients and their business!
She often says that she can never guarantee workers but she can guarantee her customer service! Ask Gina why she took the leap and started her own business and she’ll tell you that it was losing customers while working for other companies due to things she couldn’t control. The thing she likes most about being an owner is knowing that all of her clients will always be treated with respect and that she’ll never have to lose another client because of someone else’s actions.
In her spare time, Gina enjoys working out and taking her kids to soccer and football practice.
Michelle DeVevo
Owner, NE Florida
Headquartered in her beloved home town of Jacksonville, Michelle has owned and operated the Jacksonville location since 2020. Michelle has been in staffing for over 20 years. In addition, Michelle also oversees the corporate branding for Principle Personnel Group.
Although Michelle provides traditional temporary staffing in the light industrial and administrative sectors, her specialty is Permanent Recruiting and Direct-Hire Placement in the Logistics industry. Recognized as a leader in Logistics Recruiting nationwide, Michelle services clients throughout the United States!
Michelle enjoys spending time with her son Jaidyn and says that the thing she most enjoys about owning her own business is the freedom to make her own decisions and the flexibility of her schedule.
Michelle’s business philosophy mirrors her philosophy of life: do it with passion or don’t do it at all!
